• You may browse without an account. Some features (e.g., tracked progress) may require registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Provide accurate information and promptly update changes.

3. Purchases and Access

• Course prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may apply.
• Payment is processed by our third-party provider. We do not store complete payment card details.
• Upon successful payment, you receive access to purchased courses. We aim to provide lifetime access; however, we may need to modify or discontinue content for legal, technical, or quality reasons.
• Refunds are available within 14 days if a course does not meet your expectations. Contact [email protected].

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, text, graphics, and downloadable materials, is owned by Effectivra StitchLab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use. You may not share, distribute, sell, or publicly display our content without written permission.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the site.
• Do not upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or illegal content.
• Treat the community with respect. Harassment and hateful conduct are prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Effectivra StitchLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
