Which sewing machines are supported?
Our lessons are machine-agnostic and cover universal principles (tension, feed, needles, feet). We demo on a mix of mechanical and computerized domestic machines, but the concepts apply broadly across brands.
Do I need special feet or accessories?
We recommend a zipper foot, walking foot, and ballpoint needles for knits. Each course lists any specialty tools used so you can plan ahead or borrow from a friend.
How long do I keep access?
You keep lifetime access to purchased courses, including future updates. Downloadable PDFs and checklists are yours to keep offline.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a course does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll ask what went wrong so we can improve, then process a refund according to our Terms.
Are certificates available?
Upon completing all lessons and quizzes in a course, you can download a completion certificate that lists core competencies demonstrated.
How do Fallows (favorites) work?
Click “Fallows” on any course card to save it to your local device. Visit the Fallows page to manage and remove saved items. No account is required.
What’s the difference between Cart and Fallows?
Fallows is a shortlist to revisit later. Cart is for checkout. You can have the same course in both; they are stored separately.
Do you support sergers and embroidery machines?
Yes. We have dedicated courses for serger threading and coverstitch basics, plus embroidery machine setup, hooping, and stabilizers.
